FORMS AND WAYS OF LABOR REMUNERATION IN THE REGION

Abstract

The article dwells on forms and ways of labor remuneration in the regions of Sughd viloyat of Tajikistan Republic. It is noted that in a diversified economy operating on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Property” the existing forms of remuneration, despite their stability and tradition, can be progressive and regulated by social and labor relations. The opinion is presented that it is necessary to abandon the old system of distribution of profits and equal pay and ensure the transition to wider forms and types of remuneration depending on its costs.In a nutshell, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that rapid industrialization of economy requires regulation of socio-labor relations and expansion of the forms and ways of labor remuneration in economic entities as well.
