This article presents an economic analysis of the development of mountain tourism and related tourism services in the Republic of Tajikistan. In today's environment, tourism is considered one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the national and global economy, significantly impacting income generation, employment, and economic diversification. Using a statistical comparative analysis, an expert survey, a multiplicative model, and linear regression, we assessed the dynamics of key industry indicators, the structure of tourist spending, and the impact of service infrastructure on tourism revenue. The results showed that increased tourist numbers and service diversification (hotels, transportation, food, guides, and leisure) have a positive and statistically significant impact on industry revenue. Econometric calculations have confirmed that infrastructure development provides a greater economic impact than simply increasing tourist flow. Mountain tourism has been found to have a multiplier effect, stimulating entrepreneurship, job creation, and income growth in mountainous regions. Recommendations have been developed for improving infrastructure, enhancing service quality, and attracting investment.
