State and Factors of Development Concerning Social Sector Enterprises and Management with them in the Economy of Sughd Viloyat

Abstract

The article dwells on the study of social-economic role of social sector enterprises in the development of the region. Pursuing the objective of obviation of existing barriers in the development of social sector the author canvasses theoretical issues of its functioning and proceeding from the statistical data of Sughd viloyat she conducts an analysis of the indicators of this sector. In particular, she adduces the analysis of the numerosity of enterprises and organizations according to the forms of property; there are studied the structures of investments into the central fund and the numerosity of social sector enterprises by branches. In the conclusion there are underscored the peculiarities of social sector influence over a solution of concrete state goals, in particular of those ones which refer to the problems of regional economy. It is well-grounded by the consideration that one of the priority strategic streamlines of the state policy on the regional level is an ensurance of balanced social-economic development of regions and sustainability of the tempos of economy evolution.
