THE BASIS OF STATE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE FREE ECONOMIC ZONE (ON THE MATERIALS OF THE FEZ «SUGHD»)

The article examines the essence of innovative entrepreneurship and methodological approaches to its assessment, as well as a study of foreign experience in the development of innovations in business. Separate theoretical and practical provisions on the formation of tools for the innovative development of small and medium-sized businesses in the regional economy have been developed and improved. activity of the FEZ "Sughd" as a locomotive of innovative entrepreneurship. It has been established that the activity of innovative activity in business sector of Sughd region of Tajikistan is unstable, since this process is still in its infancy and is not widespread. It has been researched that the majority of business structures in Sughd region work mainly in low-tech industries, including the production of food products, drinks, textiles, leather goods and footwear. In general, the problems of improving the process of intensifying innovative entrepreneurship and enhancing entrepreneurial activity are disclosed in the region, and methods of state regulation of innovative activity in the entrepreneurial sector are reviewed.
