As a result of the analysis of national legislation and international documents, the author simultaneously substantiates the opinion of researchers that both the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and international documents provide for protection of human dignity and honor. The author's analysis showed that the Republic of Tajikistan, in comparison with foreign countries, pays special attention to the recognition of human dignity and honor, but is a little careless about their protection.
