The article dwells on the problematics of systematization of legislation and its regulation in correspondence with the achievements of modern legal science. Diverse variations of this systematization have been worked out: incorporation, consolidation and condification. It is well grounded that in the process in question it is necessary to opt the most effective variety. The study of theory and practice as to this issue showed that it is codification. Consolidation of the elaboration and adoption of Tajikistan Republic Ecology Code in the Conception of law policy for 2018-2028 determines the systematization of legislation in condification form as the relations beset with complexity and multistructuralism including the norm of different law branches. Systematization of ecology legislation in the form of condification sets the task on application of concrete technico-juridical devices aimed at its effective implementation being bound to be terminated with preparation and edition of the Ecology Code of Tajikistan Republic.
