The article dwells on designing approach engrafting into the management with territorial-spatial development of social infrastructure in Sughd viloyat. The advantages of designing approach application as to alterations in Sughd social infrastructure are singled out. The authors substantiate a neccessity of working out a methodology of management with projects as it affords to formalise and standardize an approach to the former and ensures a working capacity of the system of this management. They move a structure related to the Provision on designing activity organization which will normatively define basic terms and notions and establish standing orders for all types of activities connected with the project in question irrespective of its direction. The principles and functions of designed activities are well-grounded. An organizational-managerial mechanism concerned with the latters is proposed for Sughd viloyat.
