PREROGATIVE DIRECTIONS OF REGULATION AS TO FAMILY HOUSEHOLDS ACTIVITIES IN SUGHD VILOYAT

Abstract

The article dwells on priority directions of regulation as to the activities of households in the region and the mechanisms of ensuring their welfarerising. Household is a factor of middle class formation because without this layer of people it is impossible not only to regulate stable market relations, but to attain necessary economic efficiency of reforms either. The author analyzes rational utilization of revenues and expenditures of households, ways of formation of the economy of households and their dependence on gross regional product standard. Recommendations are given on an improvement of the mechanism of management with economic resources of regional households. All this is one of the ways ofraising rural population`s welfare.
