THE ESSENCE OF INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT OF TAJIKISTAN REPUBLIC ON LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE STREAMLINE OF FORENSIC-CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The article dwells on the problem concerned with the essence of international agreements of Tajikistan Republic on legal assistance and legal relations in the field of civil court proceedings. The analysis of juridical literature enabled to establish that international agreements on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal affairs are a form of interstate legal cooperation. International relations of the state are realized through solidary command given by the state, international agreements of Tajikistan Republic on legal assistance and legal relations in the realm of civil court proceedings; it is a  coordinated will expression of two or more states on cooperation between bodies of justice and organs of state aimed at regulating civil-procedural and family-legal relations complicated with a foreign element.
