The article dwells on the problems of the development of the canning subcomplex of Sughd viloyat under market conditions; the author has analyzed the state of processing outfits and their economy relations with agricultural enterprises, dynamics of up-stocking raw stuffs amount and the reasons of expenditure growth related to canned production of fruit and vegetables. The author elicits unsolved problems of tinned-canned industry dealing with fruits and vegetables, standard of cooperation between enterprises and farm households run by dekhans. He worked out suggestions on measures of economy support on the part of the state, management development and marketing researches on the base of big tinned-canned outfits and their integration with small factories. Streamlines of improvement in regard to price policy, principal aspects of price formation concerned with ready produce for elevation of competitiveness at various offtrading market and the ways of training qualified specialists for the branch are well - grounded.
