In the activity of the trade network internal business-processes are ones of the basic constituents of the indices balanced system (IBS) alongside with finances, marketing and personnel. All these constituents require management; business-processes whose optimization will afford to maximize the results of activities being no exception. In the frames of optimal management with these constituents two principal goods should be solved: optimization of goods circulation structure and optimal management with goods stocks, the problem lies in determination of optimal amount in reference to an acquired batch of commodities and in elicitation of optimal periodicity of goods deliveries. Hereby, it is supposed that they would be elicited in their best condition according to a certain criterion. The author proposes an illustration to a solution of the goals in question on the example of the concrete trade network appertaining to “Planet” closed JSC being an economy running subject of Tajikistan Republic. The model of optimization of goods circulation structure has been carried into effect. The rather cumbersome mechanism of management with business-processes in the trade network is confined with a solution of the two considered goals.
