The article dwells on the specific peculiarities of student youth‚ its attitude towards the premature cultural experience; the ideas of the formation of new cultural traditions being expounded as well. Education plays an important role in the formation of a new social type as the higher school imbues a student with a certain labour culture. In spite of annual decrease of unemployment in Tajikistan the problem of youth`s employment hasn`t been losing its acuteness: only 30% of post-graduates find respective job and even those who graduate prestigious higher educational establishments confront unemployment. When they find themselves at the job connected with the speciality obtained they turn out to be helpless when dealing with modern methods of activities. Today`s students are tomorrow`s experts‚ they will adapt themselves at the first place of work imbibing values‚ norms‚ behavior samples accepted in the company; due to higher school an individual will already master a certain culture of labour.
A working student is a new social type possessing a high labour motivation‚ completely adapted to modern conditions of market economy development‚ an active subject of our society transformation.
