Social Infrastructure in the System of Factors Rising Population`s Life Quality

Abstract

The article dwells on the social sphere of the region and the process of development related to the sphere of social services under contemporary conditions. It is underscored that a development of social sphere infrastructure plays an important role in the economic system of Tajikistan Republic as it is one of the main factors exerting a direct influence over population`s life quality. An emphasis is laid upon actualness of social sphere infrastructure studies and its elevation to a perfect state in pursuance with market economy requirements. Social infrastruc­ture includes such items as education, health service, culture and sports. The analysis of Sughd viloyat health service infrastructure testifies to the fact that basically its dynamics is positive, at the same time the problems with financing, provision with human resources and logistic foundation exert negative influence upon a rise of population`s life quality.
