Small and Medium Entrepreneurship as the Main Development Factor

The author of the article has studied the theoretical and practical grounds of the development of small and medium entrepreneurship having shown its share in the Gross domestic product and population`s employment. He calls the sources of financial provision for entrepreneurship development, characterizes the system of state support aimed at it both at home and in other countries, reveals the ways of protection of entrepreneurship subjects from unfounded interference of statal frameworks. The author proposes recommendations on a development of the sphere in question pursuing an objective of economy evolution, the latter`s being supported, granting of privileges as other countries do, training of specialists and on other problems referring to this realm. Expediency of the following innovations is underscored: introduction of electronic registration of firms and entrepreneurs in connection with accelerated development of electronic media, usage of electronic system beset with obtaining of licenses based on the experience of advanced countries, covering of a credit percentage part of entrepreneurship subjects, organization of insurance funds.
