THE MARKET OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES AS AN ELEMENT OF THE REPRODUCTION SYSTEM OF THE REGIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Abstract

This article examines the market for material and technical resources as a system-forming element of the reproductive structure of the region's agro-industrial complex. It is argued that this market not only serves a supply function but also forms the institutional, logistical, financial, and digital foundation for expanded reproduction in agriculture. The economic essence of material and technical resources, their structural components, and functional interrelations within the agro-industrial complex are revealed. The patterns of the material and technical resources market are analyzed, including demand cycles, seasonality, the impact of business scale, import dependence, currency risks, and the role of government regulation. Particular attention is paid to the impact of material and technical resource market efficiency on the competitiveness of the agricultural sector, the reduction of transaction costs, technological modernization, and food security in the region. A conclusion is drawn regarding the need to improve the organizational and economic mechanisms of the material and technical resource market in a developing economy.
