TAJIKISTAN REPUBLIC AND AFGHANISTAN: EVOLUTION OF INTERRELATIONS IN THE LIGHT OF INITIATIVES ON THE PART OF PRESIDENT EMOMALI RAKHMON ON AFGHAN PROBLEM REGULATION (THE SECOND HALF OF 2014- THE BEGINNING OF 2015)

Abstract

The author has conducted an analysis of an evolution of interrelations between Tajikistan and Afghanistan in the light of initiatives on regulation of the Afghan problem undertaken by President Emomali Rakhmon in the period of the second half of 2014- the beginning of 2015. The analysis testifies to escalation of tensity in the traditional Afghan society; presidential elections with their non-joyous result for Afghanistan being the highest evincement to it. Constructive initiatives of Tajikistan aimed at involvement of Afghanistan into regional organizations and project might promote in much regulation of humanization constituent in this country. It is marked that alongside with the regulation of military-political confrontation in Afganistan one should make an emphasis upon both social-economic and cultural rebirth of this country.
