The Problems of Development of the Regional Market Rendering Cellular Communication Services

Abstract

In his article the author elicits a number of problems operators of cellular communication should take into account when providing competitive advantages at the cellular  communication market. It stands  to reason that an availability of development infrastructure ensures informational  transparency of the region, elevates the degree of its manageability what, in the long run, tells favourably upon its investitive attractiveness being one of the  prerequisites in regard to its economy growth.
