Organizational Structure of the Transport Macrologistic System of Tajikistan Republic

Abstract

The growth of amounts and diversification of international goods streams observed for the latest years elevated a significance of the issues of realization of countries` transit potential. The Asian region is one of the mostly dynamic in the world in so far as the amounts of freight conveyances are concerned. The experience of separate Central Asian countries shows that an adoption of systemic measures targeted at a rise of transit potential of the state affords to increase an amount of freight conveyances several times for a relatively short span of time. The growth of freight amounts entails augmentation of state budget revenues at the expense of enhanced collection of taxes and duties, intensification of business activeness, investments and investitive attraction, broad diffusion of innovational technologies in transport-logistic service. The author adduces the arguments substantiating non-availability of transport-logistic system in its traditional imagination in Tajikistan Republic. He generalizes the approaches to revelation of the content referring to the organizational structure of transport-logistic systems. The author`s approach towards the above-mentioned content is suggested for the Republic of Tajikistan.
