Abstract

The article dwells on the issues in regard to classification of crimes in the sphere of economic activity. It is aimed at a determination of the criteria of crime classification envisaged in chapter 27 of PT PC. The author analyses the legislation in reference to a crime related to economic activity in Tajikistan and expounds national positions of the coryphy of the law concerned with this realm. The scientific novelty of the given work lies in the fact that designing on the premise of RT legislation and scholars` opinions the authors come to the conclusion that the classification in question should be conducted according to the slant of their legal assessment‚ economy branch where it is carried out‚ targeted direction of criminal actions.

It is worth mentioning that scientific classification of crimes in the sphere of economic activity affords to profoundly and comprehensively ascertain a legal nature of the phenomenon in question and also enables to continue the improvement of classification in this domain‚ it creates a theoretical basis for a further elaboration of the types of classification inside the system studied.
