Migration Processes at National Labour Market under Today`S Conditions: Some Causes and Ways of their Regulation

Abstract

The article dwells on a research of the tendencies dealing with migrational processes in the economy of Tajikistan. Historic aspects of migration have been canvassed. The authors adduce historic facts related to the presence of migrational processes on the territory of contemporary Tajikistan. They have analyzed the main reasons accounting for labour payment plight, disbalance between demand and supply at the national labour market, idle standing of productive capacities and other problems. Quantitative characteristic of labour migrants’s monetary transmittances influx is given. It is supposed that the non-prospected rich natural resources of Tajikistan and the still unused industrial-productive potential of the republic can become a necessary base and in perspective play an important role in regulation of migrational processes in the republic. Some recommendations on a management with migrational processes in the national economy of Tajikistan have been formulated as resumes.
