THE INTERRELATIONSHIP OF DIGITALIZATION AND THE GREEN ECONOMY IN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

This article examines current issues related to the relationship between digitalization and the green economy in regional development. The views of several scholars in this field are explored, and the author's opinion is presented. The factors influencing the digitalization of the region's economy are examined, and ways to implement green economy principles in the Sughd region are proposed. The current state of digitalization development, as well as the impact of its results on the development of a green economy, were determined, on this basis the dependence of digitalization elements and a green economy in the Sughd region was assessed. Factors influencing digitalization and the implementation of a green economy are grouped together. Problems existing in the Sughd region in this area are identified, and solutions are proposed.
