Main factors influencing the development of the tourism sector of the Republic of Tajikistan in the context of cooperation with international organizations are examined. The study analyzes regulatory and legal frameworks, including the Tourism Development Strategy of Tajikistan until 2030 and the Law on Tourism, as well as the role of international organizations such as World Tourism Organization and other world financial structures. The research integrates perspectives from international scholars and identifies structural challenges, opportunities, and policy recommendations. Based on the conducted research, the need for cooperation with international organizations in the field of infrastructure development, institutional reforms and sustainable tourism development was expressed.
