ADMINISTRATIVE COERCION AS A METHOD OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The article deals with the foundations of legal regulation and the practice of applying administrative coercion measures as one of the methods of implementing public administration, considers its content, features and functions. Taking into account the opinions of scientists in this area, there are presented the analysis of domestic and foreign administrative legislation, the main features of administrative coercion, and ways of improving legislation in this area.It is noted that scientists, depending on the object of influence, divide coercion into psychological, material, organizational and physical. They also distinguish between legal and illegal coercion.
