The article examines the main directions of regional labor market (RLM) management. Classic RLM functions are highlighted, as well as new ones – selective and innovative, due to changes in the functioning of the regional economy. Key aspects of the RLM infrastructure, including organizational and economic elements and regulatory mechanisms, are studied. Particular attention is paid to the influence of external and internal factors on RLM management. An adapted management model based on the integration of a scientific approach and practical methods is proposed. Attention is focused on the need for structured management of RLM to achieve a balance of demand, supply and pricing in the local labor market.
