It is noted that the goal of the welfare state, obviously, is to correctly determine the legal regulation of its social and economic sphere. It is emphasized that if citizens form the basis of the existence and security of the state, then the ultimate goal of the state should be to provide citizens with favorable living conditions and a fair distribution of material benefits.
