COMPARATIVE-LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE CORPUS DELICTI OF PUBLIC CALL FOR HIJACK OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM UNDER THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF THE CENTRAL ASIAN STATES

Abstract

The article provides a comparative legal analysis of the public call for a hijack in the constitutional system in the criminal legislation of the countries of Central Asia. It is noted that in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, public calls for a change in the constitutional system using violence are recognized as a crime and the criminal legislation provides for punishment for such actions. It is emphasized that in each country, legal norms, severity of punishment and prevention mechanisms are determined in accordance with political and historical characteristics. The analysis allows for a comparative study of the criminal legislation of the Central Asian states in the context of protecting the constitutional order.
