The article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical issues of finding the ways and means of increasing the legal education of migrant workers. It is noted that in the modern era of the formation of civil society, increasing the legal education of citizens and using opportunities to search for legal measures in regulating public relations are one of the most important ways to form their legal culture. It is emphasized that in the everyday life of migrants, legal education and increasing the level of legal education as a condition and mechanism for increasing legal consciousness should become one of the important tasks of the state and society. It is proposed to introduce the study of the subject “Migration Law of the Republic of Tajikistan” in the humanities faculties of universities and institutes of the country, and in secondary educational institutions and vocational schools when studying the subject “Fundamentals of State and Law” it is necessary to introduce the subject “Migration Law of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
