The article presents an attempt to reveal and substantiate the relevance of the study of the teachings of the Hanafi legal school on justice at the present stage. A detailed analysis of the historical, legal and contemporary significance of the study of the Hanafi judicial doctrine is carried out, the intellectual potential of the Islamic legal doctrine in general and the Hanafi judicial doctrine in particular in the fight against transnational crimes in particular is revealed terrorism and extremism. The study also meaningfully illuminates the essence of the Hanafi judicial doctrine, which is expressed in the presence of the principle of justice and its reflection in all areas of the Hanafi teaching on justice. Based on this, the view on the significance of this principle at the present stage in the development of the institution of justice and judicial ethics is substantiated.
