The article dwells on issues beset with prospects aimed at integrational processes development in the regional economic system; economic goals of Tajikistan Republic for investments in priority sectors of the national economy, tax incentives for investors, factors and reasons targeted at increasing in GRP resorting to the example of indicators of Sughd region and GDP of the republic, which plays a key role in regional integration being taken into account. As well as, in connection with the topic under consideration, opinions were mentioned on the issue dealing with completing Rogun hydroelectric power station construction as one of the factors in the progress of the national economy.
