The article analyzes the main problems of innovative industrial system development in the Republic of Tajikistan. It is noted that, the very innovative activity is the main factor in the development of competitiveness and the expansion of the scale of trade, increase the incomes of the population, and the development of national economy. The prerequisites for the organization of the innovation system in Tajikistan Republic at the macroeconomic level and the quality of its formation depend on a number of key factors, including the level and quality of the formation of the national innovative system and the favorable environment for it. Other prerequisites for the innovative development of the industrial system of Tatarstan Republic are investments in research work, the formation and development of innovative behavior of the industrial system of the Republic of Tajikistan.
