The article discusses the main directions of establsihment of industrial clusters of meat and dairy products in Sughd region. In particular, the article analyzes the scientific literature and world economical experience of foreign countries on innovative industrial policy for regional industrial clusters establsihment.The article also discusses the early stages of regional industrial clusters, analyzes the current state of meat and dairy clusters in the Sughd region. It is noted that one of the problems of the devekopment of this product is the lack of stock and financial resources. The availability of a suitable infrastructure at processing enterprises created based on former agricultural organizations makes it possible to produce products at a lower cost. An analysis of the available data shows that the clusters that are functioning in Sughd region need state support.
