Abstract

Solutions in reference to climate  protection  and  counteraction  to  thermal  intensification all over  the Earth  within  the frameworks of Sustainable  Development  Goals  (SDGs) and  their  reflection  in ESG  banking (  environment,  socium , governance) , adopted at the global  level,  create  opportunities  for attraction  of financial  resources from carbonfunds aimed at expanding the scope of so – called “ green “  technologies. As the authors note , the main difficulty in  implementation of  “ green  “ financing lies in availability and subsequent maintenance of these technologies. In their opinion,  there is  a need to adapt them to the conditions of the country taking into account geographical , geological,  natural climatic features of the republic. At the same time, a commercial bank making a contribution into a resolution of these problems acts not only as a financial,  but as a technical intermediary either. It is this sector that raises the problem and stimulates application of “ green “ technologies in the sectors of economy.
