The article dwells on the essence of legal guarantees from the point of view of law norms, separate media and methods, measures of answerability and advocacy in the frames of concession agreement. The authors have studied general theoretical issues of guarantees and adduced the viewpoints belonging to home and foreign scientists. Considering concession as one of the most complex forms of statal-private partnership they analyzed in this context Tajikistan Republic Law “On Concession” and the articles of Tajikistan Republic Law “On Investments” dealing with the guarantees of advocacy for investments and investor’s rights. It is proposed to divide concessioners’ rights into groups:material guarantees; guarantees established for advocacy of concessioner’s property rights (procedural guarantees); exceptionally juridical guarantees.The peculiarities of a concessional treaty included into the norms of international law and into the country’s legislation are canvassed as well.
