GENERAL THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND LEGAL REGULATION OF EUTHANASIA

Abstract

 

 

The issues of euthanasia, its regulation and the problem of application are considered, as well as its essence, concept and formation of this category are revealed. Euthanasia is a topical and central theme of medical science, law, philosophy and religion, and its comprehensive and accurate solution requires a versatile in-depth analysis on the part of researchers and specialists. It should be noted that euthanasia is not a specific phenomenon for a particular state or region. Rather, it is a phenomenon that has now been happening in almost every country of the world. And the most important issue regarding euthanasia is its legalization in the world. The conclusion is made that the greatest human value, that of right for life can lose its primordial essence.
