There is an opinion that a great variety of SPP mechanisms, forms and methods enables to broadly utilize a stock of private enterprises for a solution of divers sorts of goals. For example, in the branches of manufacturing, transporting and social infrastructure all variants of concessional agreements are applied. It is underscored that statal-private partnership differs from other forms of cooperation between the state and private sector with universality and pliancy being expressed in a diversity of forms and models affording to attain optimal distribution of competences, responsibility, resources, risks and remunerations between project participants. Another mostly important SPP forms are joint-stock companies, in this case a controlling or blocking packet belongs to the state. In the practice of Tajikistan Republic auction from under SPP is used mainly in the sphere of building beset with social infrastructure and HEPSes; the latters pertaining to priority streamlines of the republic.
