The authors research the problems of correspondence between home country law and international one, normative legal acts possessing information which contains state secrecy, systematization of international legal instruments, official sources of published normative legal acts, inclusion of latters into the law system of the republic as a constituent part. The positions of researchers related to informatization of systematization of international legal acts and usage of their different forms have been analyzed. The role of modern informational-telecommunicational technologies is canvassed with taking into account international legal instruments when the latters are regulated in respective order.
