Some issues of the ecological function of the state on the basis of ideas and modern researches in the field of jurisprudence are considered in this article.Indeed, one of the most pressing problems of the juridical science of today is an establishment of a modern regulatory and managerial mechanism for environmental protection. At the same time, some aspects of environmental function of the state have been studied at the level of scientific space of individual states, but there are still problems in this area. One of the reasons for this is the reluctance of legislative or industrial bodies to pay attention to new doctrines. The article thus analyzes and explores some of the details of the issues in question.
