INFORMATIZATION OF LEGISLATIVE CREATIVE ACTIVITY: EXPERIENCE OF TAJIKISTAN REPUBLIC AND STATES-MEMBERS OF CIS

Abstract

The article dwells on the process of informatization on the basis of CIS countries law provisions concerned with normative legal instruments. The author of the article discloses the role of normative legal instruments in informatization of legislation by means of legal regulation beset with application of informative-communicative technologies. Comparative-legal analysis elicits the common and the special in legal regulation of normative-legal instruments and informatization of legislation. Prospective streamlines of scientific researches are shown against the background of informational society development, engrafting of informational technologies and digitalization of legislation in the nearest perspective.
