CONSTITUTIONAL-LEGAL FOUNDATION OF SECULAR STATE BUILDING IN TAJIKISTAN REPUBLIC

Abstract

The article dwells on constitutional-legal foundations of secular state development in Tajikistan Republic. The analysis of secular state varietes which are divided into three groups is carried out. The author analyzes also the norms of Tajikistan Republic Constitution dealing with a secular state. It is underscored that Tajikistan Republic Constitution acts as a principal legal origin of consolidation of secular state foundations in the country which is their norms reflect progressive social-political ideas and major principals of secular state building and guarantee free realization of freedom for conscience to each citizen of Tajikistan Republic.
