The article dwells on the problem of theoretical and methodological grounds of interaction between state power and MM under the conditions of political system transformation in Tajikistan Republic. Into the bargain, there is raised the problem connected with the plight when politic-administrative governance really shows the peculiarities of the traditions referring to statal-social management and the specificity of the transformational period in the political system and today`s society of Tajikistan. It is well-grounded that the conception of politico-administrative governance, unreservedly, integrates a good deal of provisions pertaining to the theory of social-statal management concerned with a necessity for reconstruction of relations between state and contemporary society, democratic style of state governance, analysis of the practice of cooperation between divers centres and standards of statal and social power, moral measurement of the process of elaboration of political resolutions and what not else. There are also investigated problems of Soviet mass media transformation into those of Tajik ones, initial stage of the latter under the sway of social-political, economic and legal factors, modern monopolization of MM with resorting to political and legal levers of pressure, etc.
