LEGAL ASPECTS OF DISTANCE TRADE

Abstract

The article dwells on distance trade industry and forms of retail trade with goods under today`s conditions. The article provides the basis for the study and analysis of legal acts that determine the special legal specifics of distance trade in Tajikistan Republic. The conditions for sale of goods, special rules governing the conclusion of retail trade, purchase-sale agreement rights and the guarantee for consumers are emphasized protection when selling goods are particularly singled out. It is substantiated that at the current stage of development, distance trade is one of the most progressive and promising streamlines of entrepreneurship. A comparative analysis is conducted the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan with the one of foreign countries, in particular Russia and Ukraine. Measures are proposed in reference to the improvement of domestic legislation in the field of distance trade.
