The article dwells on conceptual aspects aimed at management with the socio-economic development of the region. In his article the author considers various scientists` points of view on the interpretation and content of management with socio-economic development of the region. Proceeding from this assumption by dint of application of a systematic approachthe author`s position on the essence of the subject of research is developed. The interpretation proposed by the author takes into account socio-economic specifics of the region in its content. Various economic concepts related to the socio-economic development of the region have been systematized, the most important of them have been subjected to comprehensive analysis. Designing on the premise of the results obtained, the author elaborates and proposes appropriate recommendations to improve the institutional framework for management with the socio-economic development of the region in Tajikistan Republic.
