The Role of Adaptation in Successful Implementation of Technology Transfer in Innovative Cluster and the Mechanism for its Performance

Abstract

The modern period of the structural reconstruction of world economy and the ongoing globalization of the former with growth trends in economic competition is characterized by an increasing role of innovation in socio-economic development, as well as in intensification of various forms of integration in innovation sphere. The basis for overcoming these challenges and increasing national competitiveness lies in a formation of an innovative economy, stimulation of innovative activity of economic entities, as well as in their interaction and integration within the framework of an implementation of innovative processes. The conclusion is made that adoption of new technologies and fundamental scientific knowledge conveyed in innovative cluster to the needs, activities, intellectual potential and organizational cluster of a receiving party will promote their better reclamation and more productive usage for achievement of common aims and solution of joint assignments.
