Author (s)

Abstract

In contemporary society Internet has become one of the main factors of interrelations between people. Thereby, the issues concerned with the essence and application of Internet in everyday life have been a subject of studies by representatives of various branches of sciences. No few works dwell also on legal problems arising in the realm of Internet. Our review rivets reader's attention to the fundamental exploration related to civil-legal aspects of Internet done by the renowned home scholar-jurist Abdudjabbor Abdudjalilov. These problems are mostly acutely perceived in connection with the fact that civil-legal relations are formed, developed and ceased functioning in virtual space, with digressions from classical notion of the category in science and law applied practice. The monograph can, certainly, be of avail for scientific officers, post-graduate students, legislators and practical works who are interested in Internet theory problems.
