Improvement of Goods Provision Organization at the Market of Consumers` Commodity under the Conditions of Market Economy

Abstract

The article deals with an improvement of commodity supply mechanism at the market of consumer goods: The authors elicited the factors affecting an organization of commodity supply. They substantiated that commodity supply improvement should be conducted on the basis of a unified system of management with trade processes. This system envisages a development of procurement activities based on a search of new suppliers. When selecting the latters it is necessary to expand selection, here should take into consideration the following items: remoteness, possible conveyance of goods by suppliers themselves, possibility of obtaining discounts when buying commodity, quality of suppliers’ work with customers, contacts of wholesale traders with producers of goods, joint advertizing actions and other arrangement conducted by both of them. The role of a trade representative of a supplier in organization of joint work with wholesale traders is underscored affording to resort to complex approach in a formation of an assortment of sold commodity.
