Abstract

The article dwells on the models worked out for production optimization at food industry enterprises. Imitative calculations have been conducted with application of the models in question. An optimal plan of produce manufacturing is determined being proceeded from the paragon of Khujand canned-tinned food combine. The author conducted an analysis of the results obtained due to application of imitative models. Restraining reasons accounting for a growth of goods produce manufacturing and influencing, respectively, revenue augmentation depending on an increase of expenditures in regard to the resources in question are elicited in the terms of the utilized productive raw stuffs making up this amount for one unit. Into the bargain, several variants of tasks solution on different optimization criteria with effectuation of analytical inferences have been calculated for available potentialities in regard to utilization of resources. The author ascertained how the changed volumes of manufacturing dealing with this or that sort of produce would affect and optimization criterion.
