The article analyzes certain results of the exploration of “Prospects and Mechanisms of Consolidation of the Expert Community: to the Russian Version of the Political Language”. The relevant results were presented at a round table held on June 22, 2018 at the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov with active participation of “Higher School of Public Policy”. The author of the article prepared a questionnaire in order to evaluate certain recommendations of the round table participants, interviewed experts (teachers from three Russian universities) and masters of full-time tuition of the Academy of Civil Protection under the Emergencies Ministry of Russia. The article was prepared within the framework of the scientific school referred as “State Policy and Management” functioning on a permanent grounds under the Academy of Civil Protection of the EM of Russia.
