In their article the authors disclose different distinctive features of industrialization and deindustrialization marked by the economists of foreign countries. They give an assessment and determine the factors promoting the process of deindustrialization and having a considerably negative effect upon all the branches of economy (reasons of services sphere growth in Tajikistan economy GDP, outwearing of productive capacities, idle standing of the technique utilized in agriculture and reduction of its amount, emigration of qualified specialists).
People`s living standard is reduced, national economy of the republic is on the very low level of competitiveness; alongside with it the issues concerned with reindustrialization of economy are substantiated with proper arguments; designing and unfolding of inward industrial-technological chains creating consumer`s costs both of industrial and consumptive assignment are of paramount importance for reindustrialization к и потребительского назначения.
