Abstract

Computer  technologies whose mostly important constituent is the world global Internet are the most significant factors of the  new post-industrial economy. The article dwells on the scantily explored problem of the contents of civil legal relations in the  virtual space of Internet. It touches upon such issues as the structure of civil legal relations, the peculiarities of the evincement of subjective right  and juridical obligations as the contents of civil legal relations  in the  sphere of Internet. On the analysis basis the author makes a conclusion concerned with the change of the structural elements  referring to civil legal relations in Internet, especially the elements of subjective right. Subjective right in Internet (measure of permitted behaviour) is formed from two powers an individual is entitled to: powers for one`s own actions (self-sufficient effectuation of juridically valid actions) and those ones  of claims (possibility of demanding an obligation of effectuation of duties from an opposite party). In this connection a volume of subjective rights of an empowered  person is determined not by normative instruments, but by the  terms of the  Internet-company which are conclusive.
