The article dwells on actualness of territorial management under market conditions, aims of improvement in regard to organizational structures of management and activities of territorial bodies of management under market relations. Proceeding from the theory of management and principles of market economy the author expounds those functions and goals territorial bodies of management are emburdened with. A broad spectrum of issues of programme character attached to the concrete territory is determined. The author marks an interaction of territorial and filial bodies of management aimed at a compliance of the parametres of organizational structures of local managerial bodies with republican ones and etc. The approach suggested provides rational combination of filial and territorial principles of management within the limits of relative self-sufficiency of social-economic regions. Upon the whole, outward theoretical-methodological issues of regional management under market conditions are disclosed in the article.
